Before founding IP Moment, Paresh worked earlier with highly reputed IP Company from 2008 to 2016. He has worked with leading FMCG client and IP law firms on various types of patent searches (prior art, FTO, Opposition, Invalidity), patent landscape, patent analysis, patent preparation and filing, patent portfolio management and analysis, patent litigation. Paresh is also working with the corporate, start-ups and individual inventors to maximize their IP potential of technical disclosures, and developing strategic intellectual property assets. Also helped companies to Identify, protect and maintain their IP including Patents, trademarks and copyrights. Paresh has particular experienced in the field of chemistry, catalysis, pharmaceutical, biophysics, mechanical, printer, 3D-printing, food supplement products, infant food products, beverage technology, personal care products, cosmetics, biochemistry, biotechnology, and immunology. Dr Dave holds a doctorate degree in Chemistry from Central Salt & Marine Chemical Research Institute, India. He also holds post graduate diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from NALSAR University of Law, India. After completing his doctorate, Dr. Paresh worked as postdoctoral fellow at three different labs, Weizmann Institute of Science (Rehovot, Israel), Miami University (Ohio, USA), and University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada). Dr. Paresh has published 19 research articles in internationally reputed journals such as J. Am. Chem. Soc., Biochemistry, Langmuir, Biophys. J., etc.

Abhilash earned a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar (CITK) in Assam, India. Prior to joining IP Moment, Abhilash worked as a Testing Engineer with Wipro. He has undergone training in embedded system, Matlab, Robotics and VLSI technology from NSIC, Chennai by highly qualified professionals’. Also, Abhilash has done internship in IOCL, Bongaigaon and training on Signals and System with Indian Railway (NFR).
